"This was our 2nd trip back to Hotel Criol. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Within just a 3 min walk from Historic Centro, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well for breakfast/Coffee."

"I always love visiting Queretaro and staying in the historic area. The staff are very nice, and the rooms large. They have rooms facing the courtyard (which can be noisy and music starts early) or the street. They don't have a fitness center, however I prefer to walk and see the sites anyway."
