3 families stayed here for 5 nights - 12 people in total. Lots of room to spread out. House was beautiful, loved that each room had it's own A/C and had super comfortable beds and attached bathrooms with large showers that never ran out of hot water - even when everyone was trying to get out the door to an activity or dinner. Was not expecting the housekeeper every morning between 7-8am, but she was lovely. You do not have access to the laundry facilities, but the housekeeper will do the laundry for you if you feel comfortable with that. The housekeeper also made sure we had plenty of pool towels each day that were nice and clean for the pool or beach. Watching the monkeys in the trees every couple of days was a huge highlight for our kids. I've used VRBO for years, but this was the first time that any in our group ran into a brochure in the house that set the expectation for tipping the housekeeper and host several hundred dollars in cash - so that kind of threw us. I know it says it's walking distance to a few restaurants, but it really isn't because of the steep terrain. The house is in the lower part of Manuel Antonio Estates, so the pin on the VRBO map isn't quite accurate. Overall - still a fantastic stay that the group was happy with.

Casa Dos Cascadas is a lovely property that provided a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The home was spotless and well-equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and comfortable king beds in each room. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and entertaining.The gated entrance provided good security, while waterfall sounds by the pool created a peaceful atmosphere. The pool temperature was perfect for daily swims.Luis, our concierge, was fantastic—responsive with transportation, restaurant recommendations, and property needs. He arranged seamless airport pickup with a grocery stop. Alison, the housekeeper, did excellent work maintaining the property.We enjoyed wildlife encounters including friendly squirrel monkeys visiting our balcony. While we explored nearby Manuel Antonio for dining (Emilio's Café had nice views), we spent most time enjoying the property itself. The in-house massage was a relaxing touch.Location is convenient with restaurants and shops 10 minutes away. Though activity recommendations like zip-lining were available, we were content unwinding in the natural surroundings.Overall, an amazing stay we'd recommend to others seeking a comfortable, well-managed property in a beautiful setting for truly unique experience

Exceptional property in Manuel Antonio

We had an unforgettable time at Casa Dos Cascadas—this place is pure luxury. Luis made our stay so easy with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Every room has a comfy king bed and gorgeous bathrooms, making it feel like a five-star resort. The kitchen was a dream, packed with everything you could need. My wife was especially excited about the appliances and the huge double refrigerators, everything was top of the line.One of the coolest moments was seeing squirrel monkeys right off the balcony..they were so friendly and came right up to us. The pool was always the perfect temperature, and sitting under the covered area during rainstorms was so peaceful. Everything we needed like restaurants, grocery stores, and more was just a quick 10-minute cab or uber drive away. And Luis made sure we had rides wherever we needed to go, going above and beyond to make our stay even better. Alison, our housekeeper, was incredible—the place was spotless, easily the best cleaning service we’ve had in all our travels! We didn’t do any zip lining because of weather but the property recommends that and many other cool activities around the area. We really just enjoyed taking in nature around the house. To top it all off, my wife got a massage right in the house, which was just another amazing touch to an already perfect getaway. We travel all over the world, and this was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend it enough!

Private 5 star paradise in Quepos

There truly aren’t words to fully capture the elegance and beauty of this property. The home was immaculately clean, and every detail was thoughtfully provided… from high-end cookware and serving platters to full barware and entertainment needs. After a long travel day, walking into this house felt like stepping into a private five-star resort. It was really next level luxury.The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook or entertain, like me and my husband. They thought of everything. We instantly felt safe and at ease thanks to the gated entrance, and the peaceful sounds of waterfalls by the pool and front entrance made the atmosphere feel like a spa retreat. Transportation was seamlessly arranged and waiting for us at the airport, with a stop at the grocery store before heading to the house.Luis, our concierge, was incredible. He was available nearly 24/7 arranging all rides including airport transportation, making restaurant recommendations, and handling anything we needed related to the property. His help made our stay effortless. Alison, the housekeeper, provided the most meticulous and professional cleaning we’ve ever experienced at any rental or hotel.Quepos has its charm, we found ourselves drawn more to nearby Manuel Antonio for its fantastic restaurants, Emilio’s Café in particular, which had a view rivaling some of the best in Greece.Honestly, if it were up to me, I wouldn’t have left the property at all. Absolute perfection.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed at Casa Dos Cascadas with our family of 10 and had an unforgettable experience. The house is brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Everyone loved having a king size bed in each bedroom and the layout gave us all plenty of space to relax and enjoy.The surrounding nature was incredible. Our kids were thrilled to see monkeys playing nearby every day, and spotting a sloth right next to the house was a major highlight!Special thanks to our concierge, Luis, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He handled all of our tours and activities with ease and recommended the BEST chefs in town. We wish we could bring everyone back to the US with us. My family will forever remember this trip.
