This 3 bedroom apartment in Antrim Court, Queenstown Hill is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. It has all the amenities you could need including a BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. There is also a spa and TV in every bedroom. The property is spread over 3 levels and also has balconies on two of them.

The Space:
Our three bedroom, three ensuite bathroom accommodation has just been completely renovated and offers a modern and well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and 2 living spaces suitable for up to 8 guests. A warm modern apartment for a true Alpine winter feel.

Located just a ten minute walk to the heart of Queenstown on popular Queenstown hill, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain range. The property has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes and high end appliances. It's located in a quiet street that allows you to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. Enjoy the private sunny outdoor living area with views over the lake.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances. The flat screen TV with Netflix is perfect for chilling out indoors on bad weather days, and there's a washing machine and dryer provided. Make the most of the out door deck area to take in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a beverage in the warmer months.

Two of the King beds can be split into singles.

There is a double Murphy pulldown bed in the downstairs seperate media room. So the villa can sleep a total of 8 guests.

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Being located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.
