The Space

A three-bedroom apartment set over two levels, in a lakeside complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to uninterrupted views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

Bedrooms: Three Bedrooms. Please let us know your preferred configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with balcony access, modern furniture and a Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, oven, induction cooktop, rangehood, fridge, dishwasher.

Balcony: Balcony with a two-seater couch, two chairs, a table and outdoor TV.

Parking: There is only one on-site, free car parking space included. Campervans not permitted.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire penthouse apartment, including the living area, kitchen, balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.





The Neighbourhood

La Residence Du Lac sits in a peaceful lakeside spot just above the Queenstown cycle and walking trail, with direct access to the lakeside path into Queenstown Gardens and the CBD. The Sherwood Hotel's restaurant and bar are just across the road.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External access via 45 total steps; internal staircase of 15 steps

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
