Loft Bach - Totara (close to town)
This new Loftbach apartment has just been completed and furnished. It is located close to Central Queenstown on Frankton Road, right next to Lake Wakatipu. Sitting above the lake, you`ll enjoy unparalleled views in this chic apartment with all the modern conveniences.
Open plan living with a spacious deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Large flat screen TV with a PlayStation 3 are available, allowing you to play your favourite BluRay DVDs. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for your enjoyment. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. We reserve the right at any stage to request photo identification from guests.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
PETS No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
SERVICE FEE Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus GST per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus GST per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
