Amazing views and location w/separate studio/office - close to everything

Spacious home with jaw-dropping views of lake Wakatipu and Remarkables (mountain range and ski resort). Huge kitchen. Cosy garden to sit in the shade of cherry tree. This is our home that we are sharing with travellers during holiday period. It is quirky and fun. Unusual high ceilings. Great space and energy. A little bit dated but functioning interior from 90s with some midcentury twists. We are slowly updating and renovating it. House has everything you need to a comfortable stay. With our location you will never need to get stuck in traffic. And you can walk down to town in 35min (more back, as we are on top of the hill :), but what a great exercise! it is a lovely walk too with opening panoramas ). One of the best Queenstown places Sherwood (restaurant, yoga, concerts) is just 15min walk.
Please note: 1) this is not a party house . We have lovely neighbours and neighbourhood we love and respect. 2) the house is clean and tidy, but it is not a hotel style facilities, but close :).
