Hotel Classique
Breakfast at Cosmos was blah but the other meals we had there was delicious. We didn't have hot water -- but we were on the 11th floor and were told it took some time to warm up. Very easy to get to Old Quebec area. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, only $4 each way on the bus. Best way to ...
