Have you dreamed of living in the city center, of hanging out in the streets, to live there and visit the most magical places, without ever using a car? Well, this apartment offers you exactly that! A few minutes walk from Old Quebec, the best restaurants, the must-sees and all the events, you can leave with peace of mind and visit the whole city on foot! Luxurious accommodation, located in the heart of the city center awaits you!

Bedding, towels and kitchen items will be provided to you and make you feel at home. A TV and WIFI access also, for moments of relaxation and a workspace with small desk. The large queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room will allow you to be 4 comfortable travelers. The appartment are renovated and tastefully decorated, we promise you a cozy and welcoming stay!

All the spaces is accessible to travelers.

I will remain available via the AirBnb platform if necessary and by text, but only for emergencies.

The famous district of Old Quebec, unmissable place to visit for any traveler in Quebec, is barely 15 minutes walk from your place. You will have the chance to stroll through the St-Roch district to go to the most beautiful places to visit, without ever taking the car. The numerous restaurants, cafes and local shops located along St-Joseph Street will provide you everything you need, in addition to giving you the impression of living like a local. You will be charmed by the rhythm of Quebec and will never want to leave!

Strolling to the places you want to visit, you will be charmed by Quebecers, local shops and above all, the festive atmosphere of the city. However, the public transport service (RTC) is perfectly served in this sector of the city, point of arrival and departure of the main routes. The Gare du Palais is also a few meters from your appartment! The car is also a good option, but you have to plan where to park during your trips in town.

Aparts have a great location- 15 minutes walk to Old Quebec. Easy instructions to get in were provided. It has all necessary in kitchen except paper towels. Some drawbacks: we booked it for 4 people, the sets of towels were provided only for two, second bed set wasn't fresh. The shower worked not good and the shower curtain should be changed as it looked like garbage. A lot of rusty and mold in washroom (loft #9)

Pros: The location was good, in that it was around 20 mins to walk into old Quebec. There are lots of places to go out directly on the street, and a great grocery right at the end of the block which was super handy. That being said, there are a lot of unsavoury characters that hang around directly outside at all times, so I wouldn’t be walking alone. Cons: The apartment itself needs some attention. The locking mechanism on the main door is held on by tape (?) The bedding/linen was clean, but there is mold in the bathroom, hairs everywhere when you move anything, grime built up in corners... The A/C is only available seasonally, and bedroom windows don’t open (only 1/4 windows in the apt has a working mechanism) so it made for some uncomfortably stuffy nights. There is damage to the walls, floor, couch (several cigarette burns) The bed is very uncomfortable (think very, very hard, with a sharp wooden frame that you have to be super mindful of when moving or your knees will be bruised), and the pullout couch is best left as a couch, not a bed. All in all, it has potential to be an ok spot, but the owner needs to spend some time and TLC getting it there. I wouldn’t book again.

Parking éloigné et en travaux, véhicule récupéré plein de poussière. l'appartement est vétuste et le confort sommaire, certes il est spacieux mais situé dans une rue très bruyante. Les fenêtres ne sont pas hermétiques ni pour le froid ni pour le bruit, la douche est une baignoire sabot donc dangereuse pour une personne âgée. Ne correspond pas à la description et de plus il n'est pas précisé qu'il se situe au 2e étage avec un escalier abrupte et fort pénible.

Great room

As listed. The apartment was spacious and had all the things I needed to cook. The apartment was clean and within a 20 min walk of Old Quebec. It was large enough to host a small party if you chose or to workout if you wanted to use the TV (I didn't use it so I don't have an opinion on it). Everything necessary (grocery stores, gyms, cafes, restaurants etc) were in walking distance. Good place and great price for something in the downtown.

Clean property, nice shopping neighbourhood however very loud at night. Went on until 3am. The bed and couch are both very uncomfortable for sleeping.There are 2 steep flights of sclicclimb

Awesome!

Great spot overall. Great location, minutes walk from Old Town. Great facility - easy in and a few flights of stairs up to the room. Clean, tidy, and has everything you’d need for a night or two or a week away. Great spot, would definitely return.

Really great spot for the price

This was a great spot for how much it costs. Even though you had to climb the hill to get up to Quebec City, it was so worth it. The property was so spacious and came with everything - would highly recommend this spot.

Cozy little apartment in a lively neighborhood. Only complaint was the windoes not opening and only having a/c in the bedroom. Theres a fan in the living room, but man was it hot in the city!!

Cozy and comfy

The loft is cozy and comfortable, especially the bed. We enjoyed the downtown experience, although the night life outside was more than we expected. It was a fun place to stay!

Accès totalement impersonnel par code a un tel point que en partant a 9:30 ce matin il nous été impossible de rentrer dans l appart pour récupère la tire qui est au congélateur !!! Sinon manque d'éclairage, canapé et lit très inconfortables. Le quartier est Très bruyant toute la nuit. Et un peu loin du centre ville. Dommage.

Nice enough, but over priced due to the lack of finish on things. Eg. leaky faucets and loose toilet seats…etc. Also, the entire area for a mile in every direction is under construction and makes an already sketchy parking situation very problematic. Lots of moving the car around at certain times.
