Place was exactly as shown. Was super cute, and was a great location to walk around. Parking is paid but is very conveniently right infront of the door on the street.

Overall our stay was fine, we only used the place to sleep. Loved being able to have our dog. We had some trouble with the ac (controlling the temp). We met the host Dave who is very friendly and helpful. The area is a little intimidating especially at night, it is in an older part of the city that appears to be in a transition phase. As a woman I would not be comfortable walking around alone at night.

Cozy and convenient

The suite was perfect for a brief stay. Close to all amenities and within easy walking distance of Old Quebec. The unit was clean, offered the basic features we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect stop to enjoy an amazing city

I was in Quebec for a 4 day conference and found this place to be ideal for my needs. The host (Dave) met me and was very helpful in setting the stage for my stay. I have no complaints to mention and would gladly stay again in the future. Thanks again.

The suite was comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great and the host was very accommodating. Prior to checkikg in, I asked to drop off my bags early. On checkout, I asked to leave my bags for a couple hours (to be picked up before the next guests' checkin). Both requests were approved with no issue. St. Roch is a working class neighbourhood but there are plenty of dining options nearby. I tried L'affaire est ketchup and it was a great experience. If you're in QC, give it a try. Reserve a seat at the bar and you're practically in the kitchen with the chefs. There is a Metro supermarket less than 15 minutes away. Bus links are all around. If you want exercise, the old city is a 30-40 minute. You can stay low and go straight to Le Petite Champlain, or head up the hill and go to the Chateau Frontenac or over to the citadel. If I return, I'd definitely stay here again.

Appartamento carino e ben curato. Cucina un pò sacrificata quindi se si vuole mangiare a casa non è l'ideale, così come la zona relax. Ben compensati dalla zona dedicata alla notte con un letto comodo e abbastanza grande. Bagno spazioso e ben tenuto, i dettagli della casa molto carini. La casa è a livello della strada ma basta chiudere bene le tende per non avere l'idea di essere osservati. Ottima la procedura di accesso con i dettagli inviati via messaggio dall'host, senza nessun contatto quindi orario ed incontro da organizzare. I parcheggi su strada attorno sono gratuiti nelle vie laterali di notte e nel weekend, per il resto meglio parcheggiare in strutture come il multipiano a pochi minuti di distanza per non impazzire con i vari orari e giorni differenti. Posizione comunque molto comoda per visitare la citta vecchia, stupenda.

Instructions d'arrivée simple et rapide , emplacements pratique parfait pour les gens peu familiers a la ville . Petite cours arrières a l'abri des regardes si vous fumer . Appartements tranquille qui comportent toute les commodités nécessaire .
