"A really nice, well appointed apartment that feels like a villa due to the duplex setup and the large outside areas. The patio in front of the kitchen and main room is huge and has the table tennis and darts set up. We used the dartboard extensively. The roof terrace is also large and obviously gets the sun all day with views to the sea and the mountains. In summer you’ll be glad of some shade downstairs! There’s lots of comfortable seating, tables and loungers on both outside terraces to enjoy the weather.Depending on your walking speed it’s 15-20 minutes to either Quarteira beach or Vilamoura marina for bars, restaurants etc. We would recommend both the Roman villa and the Family Golf park.Access to the motorway is good so you can explore the whole Algarve with relative ease from here and it was less than 30 minutes from collecting our car at the airport to arriving at the apartment.Lee was an excellent host with good communication before and after our stay and has lots recommendations in the area.Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon."

"Great hotel on the beach, great choice at breakfast, seaview room is a must otherwise you may as well stay in the hotel behind which is half the price,I'll be back in the future. Just a slight moan first two days were perfect then a load of triathletes arrived and were a nuisance, business is business I suppose!"

"We were a bit nervous in getting a one bedroomed apartment but this place did not disappoint. Large main room, big bedroom, good sized kitchen, and both the en-suite and shower room were good sizes too, with lots of storage throughout, and good facilities (as listed).The balcony might seem small but when you have the roof terrace to enjoy, this isn't an issue at all as there's still lots of room to sit out and enjoy the view. In terms of locations, this property means you get the best of Quarteira and Vilamoura. Both are in easy walking distance, with cafe's, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, close by. Electrics are a bit "quirky" - just be conscious of what is plugged in when, especially if travelling from the UK, and expecting things to behave in the same way they do at home.There was some building work close by (our visit was Dec 2025 - Jan 2026), but this caused very little noise or disturbance whilst we were there. Looking forward to seeing the outcome on the Passeio!We sadly had some very bad weather that caused some problems for us but by staying in touch with the host Varna, we managed to resolve these.We'd recommend this if you want somewhere close enough to facilitates to enjoy things but quiet enough to have a lazy day watching the world go by."
