"My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. "All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "
