「特にない」

「Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...

「There is a smell when you first walk in. Upon check in we were told they are switching over the keycard locks and out room didn’t have a key. So the desk clerk would have to let us in. Breakfast was no good. We got there early and it looked like it was from previous days. Room was ok.. tv channels very limited. 」
