With 40years of experience in maintenance/management/real estate ownership, I have to be honest for all involved, owners, manager, future renters House and garden, is -5 stars could be 5 with little more cleaning and maintenance as, but not limited to dirty sticky top of the fridge and cleaning under beds, Because of terrible communication back from de manager, I have to take one star away. We stayed 38 days and not once we were asked If we are ok ?and our simple questions were answered too late or never. Lucky we did not have emergencies. Suggestion: carpet should be replaced in the two small bedrooms with tiles/laminate as existing already in the rest of the houseWe already book 49 days for next winter for which we payed a long rental price closed to maximum found in the area for similar properties, and we hope to find the house kept well maintained and cleaner for better review Thank you to the owners to allowed us to enjoy their place and the pleasure of watering/cleaning the garden and koi pond
