The residential complex is located in front of the luxury residential complex Cocotal, with easy access to all the services in the area, both leisure and gastronomic.
We take great care to ensure our neighbors' peace and quiet. We ask that you be responsible about noise and music. Quiet hours in the residential area are from 10 pm to 8 am, applicable to music and loud voices. If you don't think you can meet this residential rule, then it's best to look for another property that better suits your needs.
Pool maintenance personnel come 2 to 3 times a week but have access from outside the house. They don't need to be in it for maintenance.
Electricity is included, but responsible use is requested, especially in the use of air conditioners, turning them off when not in the rooms.
Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella located on the property are available for use on the beach.
