the property manager leon was very supportive of us throughout our stay. he gave us a walking tour of the area and gave us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be very accurate. it was a personal touch we didn't expect that made a big difference for us. the condo itself was gorgeous with contemporary modern furniture and we loved everything about it.

This is a really beautiful place inside and outside, It has a small pool and sitting area. The accommodations were incredibly clean. We were on the 2nd floor and our place included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/showers, a common sitting area with dining room and a kitchen. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very pleasant Yasha. She was at the property every day, provided us with excellent service and definitely made our stay very pleasant. Having been to Punta Cana several times, I would definitely choose this over the overpriced resorts. We were within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Definitely a win win in terms of value, cleanliness and access to everything you need.

Nice Home in center of city

Definitely we had a positive experience and nice home and good to stay with family. Just that we cant use the water in this home, it is very stinking and we cant use this water for kitchen or for drinking. After shower also it stinks entire bathroom. Home is very new and lot of construction near by and roads are muddy but its for 1-2 streets. House need some pest control and i can understand due to tropical weather its like that. Service is excellent and always they were available whenever you want and very helpful. I recommend you to book in advance to avoid expensive rate, we have paid almost $275/Day, which is expensive but we want to use the kitchen hence we booked this. For the same price we can get all inclusive resorts. Also we were not aware that we have to pay electricity bill, which cost $10/Day additional and Hotels.com not informed me before and it is not transparent. Overall i strongly recommend this home and you can book excursions from this place and enjoy ur time.

We lived in 3 bedroom condo. The condition of the condo was great, all new equipment, good furniture. Amber, the manager of the Condo was very helpful and polite, she always was ready to Hel and assist with everything to make us feel comfortable. The location is very good, 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants around.The vacation was really great! Thanks to great staff.

This brain new hotel has a fantastic staff. Near from the nicest beach in Dominican Republic. Very private. Also near from restaurants, groceries, etc...
