I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad I had to warn others. From start to finish, this resort was a disaster.
Check-in was a nightmare, taking over 2 hours with zero communication or urgency from the front desk. No refreshments, no apology — just standing in line exhausted after travel.
The room? Disgusting. It was filthy and clearly not well maintained. Stains on the furniture, grime in the bathroom, and worst of all — bugs crawling around the room. I even saw bugs near the buffet food, which was absolutely inedible anyway. Cold, tasteless, low-quality slop that they call “gourmet.”
I had a sofa bed in my room, but no pillow, no blanket. I requested them immediately, and after being told they’d “send it right away,” I waited FOUR HOURS. No one ever came. Just zero accountability or effort from staff.
Speaking of which — customer service is horrendous. You’re treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Staff either don’t understand your request or simply ignore it.
The entire resort feels neglected, dirty, and overwhelmed. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusives and this was by far the worst.
Avoid at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere — anywhere but here.
