"Staying at Nômade temple is like entering another world, Drumming music softly plays as you enter the hotel by walking into a jungle and following the pathways to a charming room, decorated in a Moroccan style. Everything is comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. On-site food is delicious; the hotel is located on a pristine beach that has two restaurants. The third restaurant, the Macondo, was only open the first night and was a beautiful environment. Its menu was available at the other restaurants for the rest of our stay. The included yoga is a must, and included breakfast on the beach is delicious and substantial."

"Very peaceful and serenity if that's what your looking for. No TV ,no plugs for electric appliances, only basic plug for phone,our room had no AC,but we were literally on the beach. Internet is limited and not very good. Open doors and sm window with the standing fans were good. Mosquito nets in the room. Its a very eclectic type of environment. All the rooms are different and they all have their own specific name. Hardly any staff,but very friendly Atmosphere. When you arrive they give you a phone number to communicate through whatsapp.No restaurant, but plenty in the strip zone . Unable to drink the water. Toilet you cannot flush paper due to the septic system. A gallon of water is provided for you to brush your teeth, and your face. No wash clothes, only towels and beach towels. The water is replaced daily. The breakfast is very limited. Portion control consists of fruit, and toast, croissants and coffee. Went with a best friend, we would definitely go back. Its not luxury only the basic,but peaceful and quiet. There is parking that they will assign you upon arrival. Most of the strip comes alive after noon time. Take pesos. Some of the stores internet isn't the best and credit cards don't go through. The bigger places have better services and there is no issue."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is a difference between dealing with seaweed and simply not maintaining the beach. We noticed trash sitting in the same spots for several days, and while neighboring hotels were actively cleaning up the seaweed and keeping their beaches tidy, here it seemed to be simply ignored or worked around. Breakfast was another disappointment. The options were underwhelming, and the food was quite bland and lacked flavor. It's a shame because the hotel has so much potential, and our room was truly wonderful. With better maintenance, more attention to cleanliness, and improvements to the breakfast, this could be a fantastic place to stay."

"This was an amazing place to stay! I came with three friends, and the room we booked was perfect for us, especially the small private pool on the terrace, which we loved. The hotel also has a small restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the pasta and it was so, so good. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I'd love to come back!"

"The staff was super helpful and the service was great! We went during the off season, and it was so nice having lots of space to enjoy. It's also close to cenotes, and the staff made it easy to figure out transportation. I definitely recommend this place!"

"We got an upgraded room for our honeymoon which was amazing! Staff was so helpful and sweet, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Jorge was one of our servers and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time along with all the other staff we encountered. Their food was also 10/10 as well as the amenities. Definitely would come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!"
