The property itself was clean. Upon arriving to the condo we realized the internet was not working. We tried to call down to the front desk and found the phone was not working as well. After going down to the front desk, they said we should use another rooms WIFI and that all the passwords were the same. In attempting to use the other rooms connections, they was either no service available or the connection was not strong enough to get service. We also found that the washer in our room was not working. We notified the front desk, they did not get someone out to at the washer until the following afternoon. The employee let us know that they would have to get someone else out and that would not be possible until the next day. The staff did offer to do a load for us for us if we brought it down to the laundry room which we did appreciate. The cable did not work as well. Since we spend most of out time out of the condo, the television was not a huge problem. We do have small children that we would try to play videos for in the evening, but that was not possible due to the lack of internet. We did send an email to the owner regarding the conditions of the amenities and we never received a response. Considering the issues with the condo and the lack of response from the owner, we will not be staying in this unit in the future.
