「Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room.」

「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. This is not their fault and something that the management should be paying close attention to. All in all we had a really nice time and will be returning at some point」

「I visited Casa de las Flores in Lanzarote with my girlfriend and was surprised by an incredible experience. 「This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location. 」
