"An unforgettable experience! Three night stay. Pool is lovely and visited by colorful Toucans. Monkeys on the property looking for a fruit treat. A jungle adventure just looking out from your balcony or from the great upstairs bar area. We did not do the all inclusive option as it's too much food and expensive. The a la carte restaurant was seriously good. Fillet mignon was prepared perfectly and my wife's chicken breast with potatoes was thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend the resort and all of its options for visiting the canal and lake Gatum."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. They were friendly and helpful and we had Carlos take us on a golf cart sunset tour on the property and he spotted everything that we could hope to see. Very knowledgeable. And then we had a different gentleman, and I can’t remember his name, do the butterfly and frog walking tour in the morning, and although he could not speak English, we used AI translation and everything was perfect perfectly fine. It was a fantastic tour and he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. We also were able to see many of the things we sought out. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The pools were warm and clean. Everyone was very friendly. "

"Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, nice grounds with lots of walking paths. Very safe and there is a restaurant on the property, pool, gym and other great amenities. Excellent stay. My only word of advice is to make sure you have your reservation details ready when you arrive at the security gate. This is a gated community. We were given the apartment keys at the security gate. It wasn’t clear in the instructions after booking. But don’t let that stop you. We plan on staying here again. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. It was 6 minutes walk to the beach where I found some beautiful agates! There was a store close by that had everything needed. The host was amazing. He let me use the washing machine as needed and even drove me to the grocery store. I could tell that he wanted me to have a good stay. The pool was really nice as well. I will definitely stay there again some day, as the price was great. Cheaper than a hotel, and it is definitely a nice area. Indrive (the local Uber app) was 10$ from Panama City. "

"The pool is cute, but I didn’t use it. The cleaning and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful, the front desk staff not so much. Indifferent at best, not particularly friendly or welcoming. One thing I like about this place is that there’s a washer and dryer. But bring quarters and your own detergent. The desk staff have no change and make little effort to help, except to call the restaurant to see if they have change. I keep coming back here because it’s quiet, clean, and in a beautiful natural setting while still very close to the city and the airport. For birdwatchers, there’s excellent birding just behind the inn at the swamp (St Mary’s Catchment). These things, plus the affordable price keep me coming back despite the less than friendly welcome. "

"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything! Great for the price but far from airport. "
