excellent and responsive host. beautiful property perfect for our vacay. very clean, plenty of beach and bathroom towels, well stocked with paper products, soaps. lots of sunroom and patio/pool furniture. stunning views from gorgeous pool and gazebo at the Sound’s edge.

Amazing views and wonderful home. The Chalk Sound is a beautiful location. The pool was great and the home was nice and met our family needs. We had a little issue with the air conditioning upon arrival but the in-country staff was immediately responsive and had resolved in 24 hours. The host was also accommodating with resolving the issue. We had a wonderful visit to Turks and Caicos Islands. Thank you!

The Aqua View Villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures. We loved the privacy and the view was amazing. We spent a lot of time at the pool and and finally made it into the sound when the wind died down a bit.

The water was beautiful and the location was great. Defiantly a slower side of the island but a short drive from anything that you need. It was extremely windy the entire week (last week in March 2026) so going swimming or kayaking in the Sound was never a realistic option. The pool was great and the house was spacious. The arrival instructions were unclear and outdated, but the property manager (Indy) was very responsive once we realized we can only communicate via WhatsApp. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and listing was accurate. Pool and outdoor space was great. Response for pool maintenance was very quick. Really enjoyed the kayaking on the sound.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 on our first trip to Turks & Caicos. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay and frankly, the Chalk Sound views and waterways are far more beautiful and serene than Grace Bay! Home was clean, spacious and enough space for us all to spread out. The pool was perfection and the kids loved the pool floats for us to use. We did kayak into the Sound on one of the days and that was fun! Some beach chairs, beach toys, etc are available in the garage which was handy. Can't wait to come back and hopefully stay again!

I stayed here with my three adult children and found the home clean, spacious, and well-suited to our needs. The air conditioning was excellent; much better than other Caribbean rentals we’ve experienced. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and ate many meals there, and the alcove by the Sound was a lovely spot to relax.On the downside, the property is a bit dated and lacked some basic pantry and kitchen necessities, such as salt, pepper, basic spices, foil, plastic wrap or bags, and dishwasher soap. Having these items available would have made the stay more convenient.

Amazing stay with adukt kids and granddaughters

This place was so special. The location was incredible. We loved being right on the chalk sound. There were more than enough towels for everyone with extras. And lots of fun toys for the pool.The kitchen was great to have. Chalkies restaurant close by has delivery and the food was really really good. Everyone on the island was so nice!

Stunning and Beautiful!

We did not want to leave! The backyard was absolutely, unbelievable, gorgeous! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Definitely Check out Chalkies for food and a family friendly environment. Very close to home!

Chalk Sound Paradise

Breathtaking view. The pictures do not give it justice.We had everything we needed. Lots of towels for the beach. Kayaking was amazing. Our favorite tour was the sunset cruise. We got to see the villa from the beautiful turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. We can't wait to return.

Simply amazing

The views of chalk sound are incredible. Highly recommend staying here vs any of the resorts on Grace Bay. Chalk Sound is beautiful and accessible from the property for swimming/snorkeling or kayaking on the provided sea kayaks. The infinity pool was great for my kids. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the well equipped kitchen.

Amazing property and experience

This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great Experience!

Our family (4 adults) stayed February 2-10, 2024. Check in and check out were smooth. Place was neat and clean. No complaints. Great pool with a great view! The lower deck with access to Chalk Sound was awesome. The kayaks were fun to use. Would give this place two thumbs up without hesitation!

Great location with beautiful views

The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound.

Wonderful getaway

The entire trip as a whole was stunning! We took day trips to different spots around the island and explored the less poplulated locations and they did not fail to impress. The house was spacious and the view never got old. There were a few things that could be listed as issues if I wanted to nitpick but the positives outweighs the list of things I could saw were issues. I will note that when people come here remember that this country is still building to support the tourists that flock to it so be patient but know everyone is super friendly and helpful. Management was super responsive and made sure all our needs were taken care of. I would absolutely return here and suggest others to visit as well.

I almost don’t want to leave an incredible review, because I don’t want this amazing home to be fully booked the next time I want to stay here. First: the views, the infinity pool, the kayaks and direct water access - the views, the views, the views! -Every moment of the morning, day, evening! -The views are relaxation defined. We spent so much time at the house, it was our own private resort. There were so few little slightly bothersome blurps which were quickly replaced by numerous other fantastic things about this home. Immaculate upon arrival. Layout is great. Plenty of space. Comfortable furniture, comfy mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Air conditioning cool. Ability to have access to the garage is a huge plus, as our rental vehicle wasn’t too hot whenever we started out on our few excursions. Access to the clothes washer and dryer a plus. Dishwasher was practically silent which was great not only for conversations but also for sleep. Everything which you could possibly need in a kitchen cabinet was there - it was so nice to see coffee filters already there in the pantry, plenty of trash bags, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of dish soap & dishwasher pods - things which nobody wants to spend their money and time on while away in a different country. Access to the outdoor grill is also great. People who have difficulty with stairs will need to be careful when hanging poolside. The neighborhood is pretty, very close access to a couple of truly lovely beaches. Ty Jason!
