The Palmer, Newly Built 3 Bedroom with Guest House, 2 Pools

Located on the #1 Golf Course in the Caribbean and just across the street from one of the best beaches in the world, The Palmer is an extraordinary island retreat. Newly built and new to the villa rental market, The Palmer is located on the gated Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course, offering nighttime security, tennis courts, and is right in the heart of Grace Bay. Across the street is one of our favourite beach accesses, to which you can walk or drive, parking easily at Ricki's Beach Bar & Restaurant. (Please note that golf and tennis are booked through the Golf Club for a fee.)

The main villa has 3 king bedrooms with indoor & outdoor showers, living room, dining room, screened patio with dining table, a BBQ, and an outdoor TV. With its own private entrance, plunge pool, and two patios, the guest house features a king bed with an ensuite, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Both kitchens are well equipped with all the cooking essentials.

For your beach time, we provide umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers.

Well Equipped House in Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club

This house was great for our group of 6 ( two families of 3). The setup of the house worked well for our group and we loved having the pool with outdoor TV! The kitchen had everything you could need (though we didn’t prepare any dinners at home). The beach is just a short walk from the house and beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach bag are available for use at the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each having an outdoor shower was an added bonus! We enjoyed lunch at the golf course restaurant twice during our stay - food was great and service was fast! Rickie’s Flamingo Cafe is right at the beach access (we ate there a couple of times as well). Jason was very responsive during our stay, providing restaurant recommendations and tips for navigating the island. He even met us at check-in to walk us through the house. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our holiday vacation very much!

Fabulous stay at Turks and Caicos!

Absolutely beautiful accommodations in a great location! Property was very clean and the grounds well maintained. Loved how close we were to the beach and restaurants! A lovely stay!
