Spectacular 3BR Beach Front End Unit-BREATHTAKING Views of the Ocean and Beach.

  • Villa Renaissance is a small, 36-unit boutique condominium complex inspired by Italian architecture. Our second floor, 2,066 SF end-unit features fully-screened, pocket-sliding glass doors that open to panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach.

    A sizeable living area generously accommodates family and guests with comfortable seating and an entertainment armoire with HD TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. For a more formal evening, the dining table seats eight.

    Our spacious, wrap around balcony can be accessed from the living room or through French doors in the dining room and master bedroom. Drink your coffee and witness the sunrise from the comfort of our teak outdoor furniture.

    The master bedroom has a king-sized platform bed with en suite bathroom and tub. The second bedroom has twin beds easily convertible to a king if requested and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full bath located in hall. All bedrooms include HD flat screen televisions. Master bedroom has a keypad safe in closet. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

    Our condo is fully air-conditioned and contains in-unit Wi Fi. Additionally, all living areas and bedrooms contain ceiling fans. For your convenience a washer/dryer is available in unit. Beach/pool towels are provided at no cost. Cleaning takes place on a daily basis.

    Located in the heart of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance is just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and a grocery store. While there is no need for a car, Grace Bay Car Rentals is located across the street from Villa Renaissance.

    The mosaic pool has been newly renovated with a cooling whirlpool, pool-side bar and furniture. Exercise and relax with the on-site lighted tennis court, air-conditioned fitness center and Teona spa.

This property is better than advertised. Every detail is taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped and we made several meals and just enjoyed the view from the balcony. Really great trip! Michael (host) responded quickly to our pre-visit questions re the area and things to do. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay at the Villa Renaissance! The unit worked great for our family of five. Of course the beach was awesome and we loved being able to sit on the porch and look at the beautiful ocean. It was great not having to fight for a chair at the beach or pool .The cleaning staff was very good and the front desk was helpful when needed. Mike (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we knew where to go to eat and recreate.

Very Pleasant Stay

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance at least 10 times, and this unit is certainly one of our favorite units. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the time of our lives and your Villa was all we could ask for. The views were incredible! We did not want to leave! This villa was perfect for our family! Michael was such a gracious host! The villa was well stocked, the location was convenient to restaurants and stores, and the walk to the beach was a dream. And the beach - perfection! The staff was so kind and helpful! Truly Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Renaissance ! We stayed in Michael’s unit 208 and the place had everything we needed and the view was absolutely beautiful! The unit was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was lack of hot water for our showers throughout the week. Everything else was top notch and we would definitely recommend it to others because staying in Grace Bay was truly paradise!!

The best spot in Grace Bay

This was our second time staying in Unit 208 and our fourth time at Villa Renaissance. I've already booked it for next year. The pool/beach/staff/location is just perfect. It is the most tranquil spot on Grace Bay but a 5 min walk to all of the best restaurants (~15 min to Coco Bistro!) and the bustling nightlife scene at the Ritz. My kids (2, 5) spent 8 hours a day at the pool and beach. It is so wonderful to be able to quickly pop back into the room when needed. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on Grace Bay.

Great location on Grace Bay!

Our family had a great time staying in this condo! The view from the condo is amazing and the beach area is clean and beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The beach attendant was very helpful and can even help you book a parasailing, snorkeling or jet ski adventure. The best part was the location. Everything was a short walk away. (grocery store, multiple restaurants and shops, Ritz casino, donut shop, coffee houses, pizza place etc.) we especially loved getting coffee from Lemon2Go, açaí bowls from Crest and Berry and dinner at Seven and Coco Bistro!! We can’t wait to return to the Turks and Caicos!!

This was a well appointed property, well equipped with all needs for your stay. Beautifully laid out and nicely furnished. One thing to note, (if you're not a techie) : should you want to stream tv, you have to disconnect the HDMI from the cable box and insert into the dvd player. (Older folk don't like to rip and run as much)

We came to Turks for our nieces wedding hosted at the Palms resort. The Palms was too pricey for 3 rooms, so I was lucky enough to find Michael’s condo at the Villa Renaissance. It was immaculate with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths for all of us. The main room was great with amazing windows providing breathtaking ocean views all around, as well as small tropical gardens that surround the property. The large family room was great for family game nights and the kitchen has everything to cook in if you choose too. The unit was immaculate & cleaned daily with all linens provided as well as some toiletries. Beach towels are available at the pool and beach as well which was great. We rented a van for the week to get to and from wedding events. It wasn’t necessary as the villa is right in the heart of Grace bay and everything is in walking distance, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. The Villa Renaissance has the option to rent bikes if you like to pick up groceries, etc. They also have pickle ball & tennis courts & rackets, a gym and rafts to use the ocean. I would highly recommend Michael’s unit over anywhere else on the island it really has everything you need and more. Michael is an exceptional host and provides great instructions for your visit and stay. He was kind enough to chat several times to answer questions. We are grateful to have been his guests for this special occasion!

Outstanding Everything

Perfect place for family to stay while visiting TCI.Location is excellent. You could walk to a number of places- restaurants and shopping. Beach was right out your back door. Walking down to Grace Bay beach and just grabbing 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas every day is just tough to beat. We did rent a car, and were glad we did. But we like to explore a bit.As a family of 5 we use VRBO frequently. I’ve never had a better host. Michael was amazing. Unbelievable hospitality! You can genuinely tell he wants to share his place with you. He wants you to enjoy your time on Providenciales- we did. Thank you Michael!
