This spacious and bright vacation home has everything you could ever want for your perfect holiday in Turks & Caicos. Sanmar Villa is located in the highly sought after gated, residential neighbourhood of Leeward, Grace Bay which has evening security.

Because the property is so ideally located, you are only minutes drive to the beaches of Grace Bay and Long Bay as well as shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, golf & tennis.

This open-concept home integrates seamlessly from indoor to outdoor living. Relax in the living room with a good book, watch your favourite movies on the SMART tv's or get creative in the fully equipped kitchen that is a chef's dream.

All bedrooms have king beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. The primary suite features a huge walk in closet, soaker tub and bidet.

The beautiful pool and terrace is perfect for family and friends to gather. This area features outdoor dining, a covered bbq and bar cabana, outdoor shower and pool side bathroom.

This house is perfectly situated! We were just minutes from town and the spectacular Grace Bay and Leeward Settlement beaches. We appreciated that it had everything needed for dinner in or a day at the beach. The house was both immaculate and comfortable. It can serve as a great space for families or friends/couples. The hosts were very helpful and responsive!
