"Stayed here for three nights. Walked around the entire property. Enjoyed a very well groomed garden with variety of tropical fruits. Prepared food with ease. Slept comfortably without AC. The road is bad but I have experience a lot worse. Ensure you just have a 4x4 with enough clearance. We used an FJ Cruiser and it was more than enough.
