They were there to truly serve the guests and to make sure every need of their guests are made. Thank you all for making us feel valued. Melissa, the room director was extremely helpful. We will go back there when we return to NICE. Emmanuel the Concierge is one the best we have ever come across. First class job.

The "Mazarin" Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We expected difficulties due to its location on a narrow mediaeval street, but getting there was easy and parking, while tight, was also acceptable. With the car safely put away, we explored what the hotel had to offer. There is no elevator - instead very many stately stairs. If you have luggage, a lot of luggage, that might be a problem. Beautiful location, and grounds. Charming buildings and excellent place to have dinner and take in the view. Food and food service were top notch. The decks on the suite are a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring with sweeping views with a lot character. The staff were all very helpful (exception of one preoccupied with personal phone so as to forget about our request for drinks to be delivered to poolside, got remedied after the second visit to front desk 30 minutes later). ...

Included with your room is access to the pool and other relaxation facilities. Great way to unwind after a long travel day. Easy access to Old Town and dining. The A/C had been turned off for the season and the room was very hot. The noise from outside made it impossible to open the door for cool air. Had difficulty getting comfortable to sleep. We finally took out the comforter and used just the duvet.
