"This property is extremely outdated and in need of significant updates. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was disappointing and far below expectations. Overall, it seems like this place has not been properly inspected or maintained in quite some time."

"I feel like I judged this hotel too harshly when first checking in but it was a good stay and lovely room! The hotel is by the freeway and some very busy streets. When we checked in I saw a gate around the breakfast nook and a long list of do's and don'ts for the property around guest behavior/ how many people in each room and such. This put me off at first but it must be necessary and definitely creates a safe and comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with every corner spotless. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great! Kids enjoyed the breakfast waffles and we loved the variety of coffee options. There was some street noise that couldn't be avoided but not too bad. We had a car but I don't think there were many dining or tourist activities within walking distance. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again and would recommend."

"The front desk worker Roderick was so rude and made me wait 20 min, had a nasty attitude and so I asked for another front desk and then he wanted to try to help it was very embarrassing. The bed was itchy, they changed it which I appreciate but it was still itchy and it made my son break out on his arm, we were not able to sleep well bc of it so it was not the best. On top of that was charged $58 each night for the 3 days we stayed. So I will not be staying again."
