This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is a perfect place to stay for family and friends! Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Sleeps 8 people with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Great place to spend your dream vacation at an affordable price!

Beautiful setting, 3 br 3 bth perfect for our multi gen family stay. Nice assortment of beach toys. Directions were clear and on site amenities appreciated along with North shore location. Laundry in unit was also a critical part to support daily beach excursions.

We enjoyed our stay on Kauai in this property. The location is great and the instructions for the unit were clear. The unit is spacious and comfortable for our multi generational family traveling together. Even though it rained most of the time, we took advantage of the beautiful pool area. When we needed assistance for a few things, we were responded to right away, and the issue was resolved.A few things that would make this place even better would be updated window coverings and bath linens, additional towels/rags for cleaning, upgraded bath amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and a newer coffee maker.

This unit has it all- the good, the bad, and the ugly. It is the newest development in all of Princeville- early 2000's. Up to date and in a good location. Unfortunately the pictures were taken a long time ago before it has been used and abused. I would not recommend staying here.The biggest issue was it advertised having AC, which it does. However, they do not allow you to set it or turn it down below a preset threshold to get comfortable. In the evenings it was fairly warm even with the provided fans running. When inquired they refused to unlock it and said to close the windows all day long instead and enjoy darkness to help cool the unit down. It made for miserable nights with a pregnant spouse who sleeps hot. If AC is a requirement for your stay, do not consider here. It was surface clean, but it is in need of a deep clean. Maybe nobody rented it for a long time before us but it needed cleaned. 2 dead geckos in obvious spots, and some dishes needed cleaned before using.The Good- Stocked with essentials Variety of pillows, bath and beach towelsPool and beach toys in the garageSpacious to spread out and unpackThe bad & ugly- Ripped couch seam Stinky washerNo AC controlHard bedsThreshold between hardwood and carpet was not tacked down and kept coming offDirty/stained outdoor table & furnitureSurface clean upon arrival- needs a deep cleanOutside very dirty at entrance and lanais Pool landscape lights didnt work.Pool is not heated. 1/3 grills worked

What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.

Princeville family bacation

We have enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo has met our needs and was comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have a garage. The property surroundings were quiet. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Beach chairs were nice to have. The kitchen could use a few more items. It would be nice to have casserole dishes and a large pot. Neither were in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide a few more kitchen towels and to provide kitchen rags.

Our stay in Kauai was amazing! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. It had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable for the week. We loved the porch with the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains… breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

Better than photos

Typically I find accommodations to be slightly underwhelming compared to the listing, but this place exceeded all my expectations. So spacious and clean, with high quality furnishings. We did not want to leave! The best vacation rental we have stayed in, by far. Hope we get to return some day soon.

Excellent condo for space and comfort

Nihilani Family Condo 24C is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and spacious and so comfortable for our family of four. The location was very quiet and the few neighbors we came across were very friendly. We also stayed on the South Shore in another rental that was more expensive and we wanted to return to Nihilani because we liked it so much better. Highly recommend you choose this condo for your stay in Princeville

Our stay here was very good. I love Princeville. The surrounding property is very beautiful and there is a view of the golf course from the lanai. We were very comfortable and it felt homey. The queen and king size beds were good, but my adult male children did not like the two Twin sized beds and said they were not comfortable at all. Kitchen items were lacking. They provided dozens of drinking glasses (like 3-4 dozen) but only 6 spoons, 7 forks and 7 knives. No paper towels, a handful of napkins, one hand towel and no cleaning solution to clean up kitchen counters after cooking sticky items or things that carry bacteria. I never called to ask for additional items because we were busy everyday. I would recommend this property, but these few things could be improved. comfortable.
