「I reserved a smoking room and the fire alarms were going off constantly in my room and others. I was called by staff who said I know its a smoking room but could you keep your door open? This was not a safe area and as a single woman that was unthinkable. the room was dirty and there was blood on one of the sheets. 」

「I request pull out they did not have the gave us pillow and blanket first night. After asking desk 4 times final got portable bed」

「The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very polite.」

「We ate the breakfast one morning. The coffee was empty and people were waiting. We waited 10 minutes and left. We went back another day for breakfast and once again the coffee pot was empty so we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were 2 coffee pots there so I don't know how you can't keep at least one filled.」

「We didn't eat breakfast. We did eat dinner the first night. The service was slow. The food was very bland. The waiters were nice.」

「The front staff said not including breakfast though I had offered breakfast via expedia. She also required me to pay for staying fee unless I had finished my payment via expedia. 」

「長期宿泊者用ホテル。 マンションのような感じで、その一室を借りる形。 キッチンがある。ランドリーも一階にある。 三回建で、エレベーターはなし。重い荷物だと大変。 受付スタッフの対応がよかった。 長期宿泊者用なので、基本車を持ってる人むけ？近くのアクセスできる場所にマックとコンビニがある。ベストバイが道路挟んだ先にあるが、歩道はないので渡れない。 周辺設備は不便。 値段はお手頃。」

「Breakfast was incredible! Rooms were clean and a great size. View from balcony couldn’t have been better. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location. 」

「The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it. 」

「The hotel staff were very friendly and put our worries to rest. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was more than adequate and kept me cool, even though I tend to get hot easily. The only thing that was disappointing was the mildew on the shower curtain. Also, although the hotel may not have been responsible, the screams and loud banging of the guests in the nearby rooms echoed through the night, and I was worried that it might affect the other...
