「Beautiful, historic hotel with a very professional staff. They are in the process of adding an elevator to improve the property. Regardless, this is the loveliest hotel in Marfa. The courtyard with fountain is gorgeous. They had live music my last night there. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay that I will never forget. I especially loved the pictures of Elizabeth Taylor & Rock Hudson on the walls. I would happily stay here again. 」

「We enjoyed staying at this property, especially enjoyed the backyard. The check-in info said the property had a dishwasher and printer. It has neither. We made other arrangements for the item we needed to print. The lack of a dishwasher was no big deal for us but might have been if we had a bigger group.」

「Great location for walkability. Clean, comfortable, nice balcony, clear instructions. Only drawback might be the sound of the nearby train (but true of anywhere in the vicinity as the train runs through the town). I would recommend!」

「Traveling to Big Bend and stayed in this very cute studio. We knew what we were getting into with no real bed or private indoor shower. We enjoyed our stay for the time we were actually at the studio. It has most of the comforts you would expect. With that said; Our bodies(over 45 years)are just not meant for sleeping on a pull out sofa or trying to shower outdoors when the wind is blowing. Other than that, we were very cozy.」
