"Staff is rude. Gave me a key to a room that was occupied. They were rude at the coffee bar, tried to get a coffe and the staff was so busy chatting it up I had to wait 15 mins. Additionally I tried to get just a water and was told they were “closed” so I had to go to to the restaurant just to have the host go to the bar that was ”closed” to get it. Ridiculous. "

"Location is decent . It’s a little bit of a jaunt to stuff that you want to do, but it is a short lift or car ride to really anywhere. I think the price reflects that. Decent fitness room and indoor pool small but nice no hot tub. Breakfast seemed standard not great . Overall good hotel "

"Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!"

"I will give this place a 2/5 stars overall, BUT that’s doesn’t mean I won’t stay here again. I loved the location downtown Denver, it was affordable, and check in/out was easy (self check in/out). We also loved its Victorian-like theme Things we didn’t like: I tried contacting the hotel staff via email and call, didn’t get an answer both times. Many of our windows wouldn’t completely close. The room had an A/C unit but did not work and the room got warm quick. (we stayed in March, I couldn’t imagine summer months). The room could’ve been a little cleaner. "
