La Cavina 83 Stone House, Fantella, Premicuore

La Cavina 83 is a stone house built way back in 1747 and recently renovated with care and respect for its history, nestled in the greenery of the Romagna Apennines. It is situated in a secluded yet easily accessible location, 8 km from the village of Premilcuore, overlooking the woods and a short distance from the Fantella stream, whose clear waters wind through the landscape. The house is on a single level and offers spacious, airy, and well-laid-out rooms: a large living room with a stone fireplace and a pellet stove, a fully equipped rustic kitchen, three double bedrooms furnished in a simple style, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a garden that opens onto the valley. The restoration has preserved the original materials—stone, wood, and terracotta—combining them with modern furnishings and amenities. The Wi-Fi, provided by the Starlink network, is fast and reliable. There are no televisions: a deliberate choice to allow guests to experience the house in a more authentic way.
