But Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos are a conveniently nearby. It also has a spacious, well fenced yard that kept my escape artist dog safe. I highly recommend it.」

「the house is nice and is exactly as described on the website but there are things that did not work properly and that should for the price we paid (high season being in August), and that we reported to the owner as well. The most important is the electrical panel that was defective (several of us received slight electric shocks, especially in the kitchen), a single key to open and close the house (being a house for 8 people, the management is complicated), the cooker fire very weak, the shower...

「A característica mais positiva foi podermos levar os nossos patudos connosco, a casa corresponde às fotos, e no geral correu tudo bem. A comunicação com o anfitrião podia ser melhorada, nem sempre obtive resposta pela plataforma, tendo que recorrer ao número de tlm disponibilizado. O check-in correu muito bem. Recomendamos este alojamento.」

「The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. Thank you Joao!!」

「Hübsches rustikales Ferienhaus, komplett privater, nicht einsehbarer aber etwas kleiner Garten mit kleinem sauberem Pool zum abkühlen. Auto kann gesichert im abschließbaren Innenhof abgestellt werden, Platz für nur ein PKW, vor dem Haus keine Abstellmöglichkeit. Zufahrt etwas sportlich durch kleine enge Gassen😁. Lage zentral in kleinem Dörfchen, aber dennoch mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kleinen lokalen Geschäften, insgesamt sehr angenehm untouristisch. Fahrtzeit zur nächsten Stadt Lourinha...

「Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en la casa de los abuelos. Joao Pedro nos recibió obsequiándonos un pan y un chorizo locales. Muy hospitalario y amable. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario destacando una piscina rodeada de cesped estupenda! También hay una magnífica barbacoa y aparcamiento dentro de la propiedad. Las playas están a 10-15 minutos en coche. No perderse el "Atelier do doce". Está situado a un par de kilómetros de la casa y hacen unos dulces maravillosos」

Eine spezielle Erwähnung verdient das überaus reichhaltige Willkommens-Präsent mit frischen lokalen Spezialitäten - daher ist es besser, wenn man eigene Einkäufe erst nach Ankunft tätigt ;). 「とてもアートな空間で、レセプションの方が丁寧に案内してくれました。返答も早く対応も良かったです。どこも清潔で気持ちよかったです。オレンジとレモンが自由にもらえて、テラスでの100％ジュースはHappyな時間でした。町中やショッピングモールもすぐ近くで、アヴェイロの街自体安全でのんびりしているのでとてもリラックス出来ました。皆様にオススメしたいです。」
