"Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area. Some students that attend Bryant do live here for the school year, so that white bus you see coming around is not a shuttle for the hotel lol awkward. Breakfast is delicious and hotel room was so clean, like high quality clean."

"People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party. "

"Clean, amazingly big and the accommodations for a special needs person was def followed. Which is funny because every other hotel I’ve visited I have requested and never gotten my requests heard. The staff are friendly and responsive! I would def stay here again"

"The location of this unit was good overall, which was a plus. However, my experience had several issues that are important to note.I accidentally booked this unit and attempted to cancel shortly after, but the host made the process very difficult and ultimately would not allow a cancellation, which forced me to keep the reservation. I had concerns going in based on previous reviews and asked ahead of time if comforters would be provided. The host said yes, but upon arrival, the beds only had thin throw blankets, and the bunk bed had no blankets at all. The host mentioned that cleaners had come before check-in, but when we arrived there was noticeable pet hair throughout the home, especially on the couch. While it wasn’t immediately visible, it was clear after sitting down, as it stuck to our clothing. I will say the couch itself was comfortable. I also had an event at the unit, which was disclosed in advance and approved. Unfortunately, I received a message during the stay stating that we were past quiet hours and needed to end the event immediately. This was frustrating, as concerns about this exact issue were the reason I initially wanted to cancel, but we were unable to come to an agreement. Additionally, there were no extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels provided, so we had to purchase those ourselves. There was also ants in the shower of the room with bunk beds"
