"Room was spacious, but had to ask for hand towel and toilet paper throughout the stay. The reception area is extremely noisy and quite unbearable and so too was the breakfast and bar areas. Breakfast was average"

"Front desk staff good. Restaurant good as well. The room however left much to be desired. I could not get any heat as the thermostat did not work. They are replacing them apparently. Who knew that heat is a hotel was optional ??"
