Facing directly in front of the wonderful town of Positano, a place that like the sirens housed on the islands of the Gauls never ceases to seduce, Villa il Canto owes its name to this enchanting location on the Amalfi Coast.

Practically every room in the house has large windows that, from the floor to the ceiling, are ready to give you wonderful postcards as a souvenir of your stay in a unique land. Here, from the green of the Lattari Mountains, you can dive into the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian, ranging from pink to yellow of its Mediterranean houses and down to the grey and silver of pebble beaches.

You can spend hours and hours outdoors overlooking the town and the bay below, from an elevated position that will make you feel suspended between the sky and the sea. The property also has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool, ideal for recharging after a pleasant walk through the narrow street, frequented by characters from the international jet set, which you can easily reach in 15 minutes walk.

The furnishings are perfectly integrated with the environment, bringing the taste of salt and the smell of the sea into the home. it is a unique feeling to live with the family or with friends.

Villa il Canto is as luxurious as unique and it can offer hospitality for up to 13 people in 6 bedrooms with 9 bathrooms. Very comfortable outdoor areas with relaxation and sunbathing areas, where you can relax quietly in complete privacy.

In the green terraced garden, there is also a comfortable swimming pool with a view and a 217x217 Jacuzzi, another terrace with a solarium and a suggestive view.

The large terrace is also connected directly to the dining room. Complete with all equipment – wine cellar, double oven with a wood-burning oven for professional pizzeria, induction hob and a large sink as well as a working fireplace. The living room is separate with a dining area and a sitting area. The three levels of the villa are connected by a lift.

All the bedrooms in the sleeping area are livable with furnishings that recall the seafaring, desks and writing boards and breathtaking views outside. In one suite there is an exclusive terrace also equipped with a Jacuzzi.

The large area dedicated to wellness and relaxation with a steam bath and a massage room is extremely enjoyable. The whole structure is air-conditioned.

Nearby you can visit the excavations of Pompeii, go on a shopping tour around Amalfi and take a boat trip to discover the Amalfi Coast. Gavitella beach is only 200 meters away, Marina di Praia just over a kilometre away.

1500€ as security deposit will be required.
