The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a sofa-bed, which provides sleeping accommodation for an additional guest beyond the 2 bedrooms. This room is bright and well-appointed, with a window that overlooks the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. Adjacent to the living area, the cooking and dining zone is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge with ice-maker, a dishwasher, and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
