Erin and Igor were so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating; I couldn’t recommend this booking more. Our reservation was perfect in every sense of the word, and we’ll be looking to book with them in the summer seasons moving forward!

The place was perfect for our family. A little loud due to clubs nearby but our host was very helpful and brought us a frying pan to cook eggs in the morning. Quick and easy check in.

The overall property was nice but the room information was misleading. The picture shown when booking showed 2 beds that could sleep 4. When we got there we were given a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout couch that was very old and very uncomfortable. I do feel like I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.

Convenient location

Convenient spot near beach. Male at check in was very nice. Close to many bars/restaurants and strip. Standing shower stall is too tiny. no little table to put stuff on inside any of the bedrooms. Not enough electrical outlets. No kitchen towel or paper towels to wipe your hands with in the kitchen sink. Someone was banging on our door at 3am, not sure what that was about. Overall, we liked it for the convenience of being right near the beach. Need some updating for sure would stay again for a night.

The wifi password that killed the vibe

Super friendly and responsive staff, very close (one block) to the beach, parking onsite, surprisingly comfortable beds, and a full kitchen, which we sought out, so we didn't have to eat out every meal, which were all positives. The apartment we stayed in was not in the best condition and could use some maintenance. The bathroom was very small and having tiny standup shower wasn't ideal after days on the beach. The biggest downside was an owner and/or management that chose the wifi password....1trump47....how absolutely tasteless because no-one wants to think of politics on vacation, but it will definitely be remembered and we won't spend our money at this rental again.

it was nice except the water didn't run in the bathroom sink, the plumbing requires updating, beds were great, need to remove the sign at room 111 so customers can see the area.

Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.

We really liked how close it was to the beach. A short walk down M St. and across the road was the beach (restrooms and pavilion). We didn’t like how tight the parking was and it was really like an alley way. No view, but other houses and the garage for the hotel. The shower head in the bathroom was very high and the hose part had several leaks. It was clean, but the bathroom was tiny and the living room area was very small.

The inside of the property needed to be cleaned. The light switches were quite dirty. The floor was extremely slanted. Not sure if the comforters were washed. Nice balcony. Never the less the location was very good. Easy to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - which is what we were there for. They own a lot of property so maybe the others are in better condition.

The town is absolutely beautiful and the beach was so clean. The strip/boardwalk was decent, aside from the one way traffic. Overall it was nice with alot of food olaces and little shops. The apartment we got was decent. Location was great and it was nice and quiet. Only "issue" was its outdated. Spot in ceiling in shower around pipe that needs repair. Cupboards were bubbling and had bare minimum as far as dishes, cups, etc. Also the wood on stairs if back porch was VERY weak and we were nervous to walk on them so we didnt utilize it. Was decent but not great for the price.

It was the worse place I ever stayed at.

The stove and refrigerator were dirty . There wasn't a night stand next to my side of the bed so that I could read, until I got drowsy. There were no outlets next to the bed so that you could plug in a phone or sleep apnea machine. An extra towel bar is needed and a space to put toiletries in the bathroom. There was no place to hang a bathrobe in the bathroom. It was cold and there was only a spread on the bed; and we were told that we didn't need heat in the place. We had to move a chair to plug in the TV. The window was left unlocked and we were on the ground floor. The place needs a lot of work and the inside view of the place didn't look like the picture on the Internet. By the way, we ssupposedly got a an upgrade.

When I recently looked to book this place listing said I was booking for 1 queen bed , 2 twins and a pull out sofa bed. They have many pictures on the listing which show really nice properties but the one I was put in was not like the others. I ended up with 2 full beds and a busted up cot and no pull out sofa bed. When I checked my itinerary it said i requested 2 queens and a pull out couch. I never requested anything like that. I was expecting to get what the ad originally states for the sleeping accommodations. I had to go out and purchase air mattresses just to ensure we all had a place to sleep. The mattresses in the unit were absolutely awful as well. Woke up with back and shoulder pain every day. The unit we were in also had live in residents upstairs who made noise every night all night long. Blasting music , banging on the floor and running up and down the outside stairs to their apartment. On the other side a woman who lived there was having her boyfriend park in my reserved spot and had an attitude when we had to move his car. The units floors were filthy , pans and utensils had old food on them and the housekeepers will knock but if you don’t answer fast enough they will walk right in. With all that being said if you get placed in the unit at 21 M st request another unit to stay in because like I said the other units looked nice and if I was put in one of those I would probably be giving this a 5 star review instead of a 1.

The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home! Super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them. They have a bunch of properties all down M. They can accommodate large parties and small! We will definitely be going back and renting with them!
