「Hard mattress」

「Small hotel on the main road, close to the beach. The building is rather old, so the floors are a bit saggy...no big deal. The hotel has adequate parking. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The place is clean. It is not fancy...it is basic. The mattresses on the bed seem to be new, but they sagged...a lot. I wouldn't want to sleep on them more than a couple nights. The owner is a prolific smoker and even though the rooms are non-smoking, the room we stayed in had that stale...

「The location is fantastic. It is dog friendly which is wonderful. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking for each room. It met my 1 overnight need but what I thought could be better are room cleanliness - it was dusty and had funky smell (maybe from the a/c), bathroom was very clean, it’s a very simple basic room with no thrills. TV is ridiculously small, but honestly I wasn’t there for that. Over I gave it 3 stars because of the lack of room cleanliness, funky smell &...

「Was a nice clean friendly hotel」

「Didn’t like walking up 3 flights of stairs but it’s a typical, older beach hotel and was quaint. Loved the beds and front porch. Easy walking to everything and was worth the price. Next time will book an oceanfront with balcony as had a smaller inner room this time. Clean and staff friendly and helpful. Parking was just down the road so a little haul if you have a lot of stuff . Would stay again.」

「Owners working on updating exterior. Very run down looking outside. Extremely surprised to find fully renovated great room. Beds were new and very comfortable. If you are staying in Hampton Beach this is a quality stay. Better than the craziness of the main strip on the ocean. 1 block from the beach and free parking! Staff was great!」
