We loved all the landscaping with lush greenery made our room feel very private and beautiful. The hammock was great for relaxing. De inside decor is dated. Room service was bizarre. We could tell that our room was service but only the because the bed was partially made, or the bathroom mat changed, or a towel rack placed on the room, or a dead flower removed. It was strange and each day a surprise.

A pousada não teve pontos negativos em nossa estadia, somente elogios à toda equipe, muito atenciosos e solícitos; o café da manhã estava excelente, com grande variedade de frutas, bolos e pratos quentes; a área da piscina estava sempre limpa e as cadeiras na beira da praia sempre arrumadas. Tudo no quarto funcionava perfeitamente, ar, tv, wifi, chuveiro. Todo o serviço nos restaurantes foi impecável.

A pousada oferece diversos tipos de quartos. Fiquei em um de frente para a praia e a única inconveniência foi a falta de interruptores e tomadas em uma lateral da cama, a falta de espelho de corpo inteiro e de cabides dentro do banheiro. O staf e a comida muito boa

A pousada é simples, o conforto é mediano... Fiquei hospedada de seg a dom, o quarto tem uma estrutura boa porém, as roupas de cama não foram trocadas, alguma coisa na cama causava um desconforto como uma coceira, outros amigos que também estavam hospedados lá, reclamaram disso também. Não sei se era o material da roupa de cama, do colchão, não sei o que era. As toalhas que deixamos no chão, foram retiradas, mas não foram repostas. O que definitivamente poderia melhorar, é o café da manhã, que tem um modelo estranho, onde os colaboradores do hotel que te servem no buffet... como não tem um colaborador exclusivo pra isso, você tem que ficar esperando, e por vezes isso demorou, pois elas estão servindo outras pessoas, ou lavando a louça, algo que seria facilmente resolvido se pudéssemos nos servir, como é na maioria dos hotéis. E por ultimo, a internet e TV não funcionavam... eu precisei fazer algumas reuniões durante a semana e só consegui usando a internet do meu celular. A TV travou a semana inteira, não foi possível assistir nem TV e nem streamings no geral

As instalações de quarto são excelentes, comida gostosa, os atendentes muito bons e simpáticos, todavia a estrutura do local quanto a atrativos de lazer são modestas. Café da manhã também justo, e o fato de não poder se servir acaba gerando um pouco de tumulto, mas no geral, é um bom local de hospedagem, e a equipe faz valer a estadia.

Pousada agradável, pé na areia. Foram super cuidadosos na recepção do quarto, com decoração com flores e ambientação. O funcionário do serviço de praia é fantástico, muito atencioso. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: o café é servido em regime de “bandejão”, você deve pedir a uma funcionária o que quer e quanto. Não gostei, prefiro a autonomia de me servir. O chuveiro é elétrico, com pouca vazão de água.

Lugar lindíssimo! Jardim exuberante, quartos com privacidade em meio a natureza! Ótimo restaurante na praia e atendimento de todos! Apenas o café da manhã ficou a desejar! O sistema deles de café da manhã, na minha opinião, não é das melhores! O funcionaruo fica atrás do balcão e temos que apontar o que queremos comer, e só uma funcionária atendendo. E as opções oferecidas no café não são boas, além de que pedi uma tapioca, depois de muito tempo fui informado que havia acabado a tapioca e iriam comprar no mercado, mas até lá minha fome já tinha passado! Precisam melhorar o café da manhã na qualidade e na forma de atender! Não sei se o dono é mão de vaca e quer controlar a comida, pois neste sistema até perde a vontade de tomar café da manhã!

Estadia maravilhosa

Adoramos a nossa estadia. O quarto é bastante amplo e tem uma varanda bem boa. O banheiro é amplo. A recepção foi incrível!! Os únicos pontos de atenção são: o chuveiro é elétrico e não tem ar-condicionado no quarto com a cama de solteiro. A acomodação em que ficamos tinha ar condicionado apenas no quarto de casal.

Fiquei uma semana hospedada. Foi melhor do que imaginava. A equipe é incrível, sempre disponível com muita gentileza e agradáveis. Me senti muito livre para ir e vir, sem muita frescura. Jussara deu apoio quando precisei, me senti segura e confiante com a indicação do transfer (capítulo a parte, deu show o Flávio). Agora ser de frente para o mar e uma praia que eu não tenho nem como descrever de tão bem que me fez, eleva o patamar da Araticum para um pedaço do paraíso na Terra. Só isso.
