O quarto estava impecável, tudo limpinho. Tem 2 camas, uma de solteiro e uma de casal gigante. A limpeza é realizada todos os dias. A equipe de atendimento são todos atenciosos,educados e muito prestativos. O café da manhã tem para todos os gostos, e muito diversificado. Tem supermercado, farmácia e vários restaurantes todos bem próximos do hotel. Enfim só elogios

Hotel velho, sem manutenção, portas sem pintura ( a nossa estava emperrando no chão), estacionamento sem sombra, quartos com cheiro de esgoto ( tivemos que trocar de quarto) , no quarto que reservei para minha sogra a luz caía e o funcionário da manutenção simplesmente religava o disjuntor sem saber a causa ( disse que poderia ser do secador de cabelos ( que por sinal não tinha no quarto ), café da manhã fraco e o ambiente não climatizado ( nem um ventilador de teto existe no local do café). Piso dos corredores manchado e paredes descascando. Peguei o hotel pelo toboágua e na primeira ida me machuquei o joelho e cotovelos. Simplesmente o pior hotel que ficamos até hoje!!!

O quarto estava sujo. Paredes sujas. O banheiro com o revestimento velho e mal lavado. Chuveiro elétrico de baixa qualidade. Bancada do banheiro rachada. Portas descascando. Paredes dos corredores sujas. Foi encontrado um lençol manchado de sangue. Café da manhã com poucas opções de queijos e pães. Baixíssima qualidade das instalações quando considerado o preço da diária. O hotel não é na beira-mar, apesar de ser apresentada foto sugerindo a proximidade!

Pra você que quer descansar, esqueçam esse hotel. Hotel com preço muito em conta e que aceita excursões, fujam dele. Uma bagunça sem fim nos corredores, pelo visto não tem regras, escrevi essa opinião as 23hrs horas e parecia que tinha uma festa nos corredores promovidas por pessoas sem noção. Única coisa boa são as piscinas e o bar da piscina, café da manhã sempre a mesma coisa e desorganizado, pois entrei e não tinha mesa disponível. Uma exceção para a senhora que faz as tapiocas, um amor de pessoa. Do mais o hotel é bom, porém como eu disse, parece não existir regras no quesito silêncio, pelo menos podia ter após as 22hrs. Portas de todos os quartos parecem sem lubrificação, pois todo mundo que vai entrar nos quartos da pra ouvir a bagunça, então se quer sossego, não venha pra cá.

Quarto bom. Ar condicionado funciona super bem, wi-fi é um pouco ruim. Café da manhã variado. Só uma sugestão: as escadas são muito frágeis. É melhor uma escada de alvenaria e se preferência tampada nas laterais. Imaginei uma criança ou adulto escorrendo e caindo lá embaixo.

Quarto precisa de reforma, limpeza média, sempre faltava algum artigo, toalha, piso, sabonete,...banheiro sempre molhado, porque não tem ventilação. Sinal wi fi fraco. Até barata tinha no quarto. Atendimento de funcionários muito ruim.
