O frigobar do quarto estava vazando água e a porta estava muito enferrujada e não fechava direito. No box do banheiro também precisa de manutenção, o chuveiro ficava pingando e a agua molhava o banheiro inteiro. O cafe da manhã muito bom, silencioso durante a noite e o staff do hotel muito atenciosos.

Cafe da maha me surpreendeu, muito bom e variado funcionários otimos, camareira zilda bem simpática e prestativa, o Sorriso muito solicito me ajudou na chegada, ! Mas a parte da recepção deixou a desejar, solicitei a troca do quarto duas vezes e diziam que ia ver e nao resolveram, minha estadia era de 9 dias ! Os moveis sao antigos e a cama de casal na verdade sao duas de solteiro juntas o que nao fica confortável pois o colchao separa um do outro, eles fazem limpeza mas nao faxina e muitas coisas poderiam ficar melhor , achei longe da passarela onde fica realmente o comercio, di que fica no centro mas na verdade é no entorno!

Achei o hotel agradável, cama confortável, travesseiro um pouco alto. Atendimento muito bom. Fomos bem recebidos. Um pouco distante a pé da passarela do álcool para ir andando, mas ou menos uns 900 metros. No mais foi tudo tranquilo. Boa localização pra chegar e sair.

Quanto ao custo-benefício, indico 100%, pois atende as expectativas no que tange localização, comodidade e ter café da manhã. Em outros aspectos, o hotel precisa melhorar um pouco, como por exemplo, hóspedes que pedem Ifood. Duas vezes pedi e não foi me dado talher pois a cozinha estava fechada. Tive que comer com talheres de plástico. Por duas ocasiões, coloquei a placa que queria serviço de quarto, cheguei no local e n tinha sido realizada. Além disso, a limpeza não foi satisfatória, era notável resquícios de sujeira. Quanto a equipe, são prestativos e fácil comunicação.

Experiência boa. Piscina adequada, quartos espaços e excelente localização. Café da manhã restrito e muito básico, atendimento razoável, pequenos defeitos no quarto: controle da televisão não funcionava 100%, parte do boxe do banheiro sem proteção e esquema de pegar secador em recepção por apenas 40 minutos é muito limitado, podendo haver secadores nos quartos como solução.
