Inconformada com Hotel Bem Bahia

A piscina so foi limpa uma vez e a cascata de agua desligada todos os dias. Agua do quarto saia barrenta e nao tinha água nem pra escovar os dentes. O quarto so foi limpo no 3 dia e detalhes sem trocar as toalhas e sem repor papel higiênico e o mesmo lencol por dias. Os funcionários ate que tentaram ser cordial,porem sem solucionar nada,ficavam procurando culpados por tudo que estava errado. Enfim perdi minhas férias em um lugar que nas fotos eram maravilhosos e que enfim nem o mínimo ofereceu.Agua limpa e quarto limpo. Deveria ser excluido da rede de Hotéis.

O hotel não tinha serviços de manutenção, o chuveiro não estava funcionando, somente banho frio, café da manhã não tinha nem como esquentar o pão porque não tinha misteira/chapa, poucos funcionários fazendo milagres com o tanto de coisa que tinham pra resolver.... Pelo valor que paguei eu esperava muuuuito mais

Funcionários atenciosos e hospitaleiros, o Matheus do restaurante dispensa comentários, super atencioso, o quarto acomoda muito bem, único detalhe foi a água da torneira do lavatório e chuveiro, em algumas vezes durante o dia ficava turva, parecendo terra e no primeiro dia faltou água, mas logo resolveram. No mais atendeu as minhas necessidades.
