Welcome to Villa Rosa Mare, an authentic charming refuge located in the picturesque Seixal, just a 10-minute walk from Seixal Beach and surrounded by the unique beauty of Madeira where the sea and mountains meet in a dreamlike setting.



Villa Rosa Mare offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, comfort and the natural essence of the island.



Upon entering the property, a luminous corridor leads to cosy rooms, each with a decoration inspired by different Madeiran scenarios, inviting you to explore the island without leaving the house.



Two of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, one of them adorned with beautiful blue tiles that evoke the Atlantic spirit, and at the end of the corridor, there is an elegant and functional shared bathroom.



On the lower floor, the heart of the house is revealed in a spacious open space, where living room, dining room and kitchen come together in a perfect environment for socialising and sharing.



The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, features a practical central island and direct access, through a door, to the outdoor terrace.



Here, you can relax in the sun loungers, enjoy meals outdoors at the garden table or prepare delicious barbecues on the barbecue, also counting with an outdoor bathroom for greater convenience.



Villa Rosa Mare offers 5 rooms and capacity for 9 people, it is the ideal destination for families or groups of friends looking for unforgettable holidays. A few minutes' walk away, you will find a panoramic viewpoint and a local grocery store, perfect for small everyday shopping.
