The location was excellent and the size of the room is very big. I wouldn't call it a luxurious accommodation, but for the price, there is absolutely nothing to complain about...

The room was cleaned in a good way and the working stuff was friendly. We had to check out during the night and the man was super friendly. For that price we had a good stay.

We stayed here twice within 8 days and they kindly stored a bag for us which was much appreciated. Fantastic value for money. Heating is good, SHower is very good. Wifi adequate only. We look forward to staying again soon.

Cozy stay

Clean, quiet, comfortable room as described. Hotel was close to several metro stations and 10-15 minute walk to the old city centre / douro river. Lots of great restaurants and shops near by. Staff was polite and friendly, provided excellent recommendations for our stay.

Bed bugs!!!

I had one night stay at this place. Everything was fine until I got home. I realized I got bedbugs bites all around my body. I contacted the place about the situation. I expected them to take the responsibility, because I only stayed at their place during my 2 days travel. They totally refused it and said it wasn’t their problem, which it obviously was. Bed bug bites take 2-5 days to appear, that’s why I couldn’t see it at the time of the checkout. No, bed bugs cannot bite you when you sit in a bus or something, they need you to sleep and I wasn’t sleeping any other place than theirs. All in all, I don’t care about the bites that much, the thing I care is I hope I didn’t bring the bed bugs with me to my place. Also I want to warn other people… Instead of taking this seriously and cleaning the place up. They pretend that it’s not their fault, therefore the bed bugs problem is still persistent. Not worth it for all the trouble…

Service de l'internet à améliorer

La pension est adéquate, avec ses avantages et inconvénients, de ce qu'on peut voir dans d'autres appréciations sauf une chose. Pendant mon séjour l'internet marchait très mal. Coupures, "buffering", images flous sur vidéos. J'ai envie de dire que ce service là, qui est belle est bien dans l'offre, était inexistant. Si on veut travailler par internet c'est pratiquement impossible.

L’hébergement est très bien situé pour profiter de Porto! Le personnel est facilement accessible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Chambre spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement. Le lit était un peu raide.

Replace the bed

Everything except the bed was fine. Like sleeping on metal frame/coils without the padding. I have slept on thin camping pads that were more comfortable.

Excelente custo-beneficio e bem localizado

O atendimento foi fantástico, super atenciosas e preocupadas em proporcionar uma boa estadia. Fiquei no quarto n. 6, bem amplo e confortável. Chuveiro com bastante agua e bem quente. O quarto é bem simples, a cama é confortável, tem blackout e tem uma sacada pequena que dá para a rua. Na frente do hotel tem bares e por isso é barulhento. So tenho um item como sugestão que é verificar o exaustor do banheiro que fazia muito barulho e não dava para deixar ligado.

Centrico hotel

Hotel simple y muy centrico en la calle San Ildefonso. Cerca de todo. Y importante no tiene cuestas y al lado de la estación de autobuses para ir a Coimbra o Lisboa. La plaza Batalha y Bolhao hay muchos restaurantes tipicos y en la misma calle varias tiendas de ropa economicamente espectaculares y todo nada mas al salir del hotel

Great location!

Was a fantastic budget place to stay and in a good location. For some reason my room smelt of cigarettes a lot but otherwise the stay was very comfortable. I must say the lady at reception was VERY friendly and helpful!

It’s a good place to stay, the price is really good. The staff was nice and the room was tidy and clean. If you want they said they could clean it everyday. The bed is not really comfortable but overall I really enjoyed everything.
