I feel in love with this neighborhood with real local Porto charm. The hotel is located across the street from a bank with a 24hr ATM. You will need cash in this town as several places do not take card. Cash only. Also across the street is a diner, and a restaurant, the area is surrounded with coffee shops (.85 or .95 Euro cent) and restaurants with locals enjoying their day and night!. There are so many clothing stores to shop at in this area too for men and women. A few blocks away is the Marquez Metro station. It's in a local park and there are some great events that take place there. Marquez Metro became one of my highlights of this area. The hotel is a cool 15 minute walk from all the sights. Ok, so you deal with the concierge via What's App. Camil was the person that helped me and he was great. He can get a driver to get you around. I would love to stay here again!

Overall good. Location ideal just out of city centre, if you only require clean bed & bathroom then its super. Minor issues: plug socket in bathroom did not work & tv quality poor.

Bem em uma rua segura e sossegada. O primeiro quarto fica bem ao lado da rua e se houve barulho dos carros. Tem uma cozinha toda equipada com tudo que se precisa. É só passar no supermercado Pingo Doce de uma rede local, que tem tudo se se precisa . Na patente tem um excelente restaurante bam local por 8 € o prato do dia com tudo , comida, bebida e sobremesa. A senhora que limpa é um doce de portuguesa. Só tive o azar de pegar um senhorzinho que fumava muito na frente do quarto e foi horrível isso. Ele sempre deixava a porta aberta da rua , mas como a rua é segura , não tivemos problema. Tentamos ajudar, mas ali tava difícil . Ele se urinava pelo chão e sujava tudo. Bem cedo ele vai batendo nas portas dos quartos pedindo as coisas . Dei uma toalha para ele, espero que não venham me pedir. Ele é um senhor com mobilidade reduzida, usando bengala, disse que era da Itália e falava inglês. Está abandonado lá na Pensão! Poderiam acionar a família ? Ele vai amanhecer morto um dia. Como eu também estava com um idoso com Alzheimer nem pudemos dar muita atenção . Mas voltando ao hotel ! Voltarei sim, com certeza!

Péssima experiência

Péssimo atendimento, funcionária do local muito inconveniente e por vezes rude com os hóspedes. Não existe local para estacionar o carro, e as vagas na rua são pouquíssimas e pode-se usar no máximo 2 horas com parquímetro. O nome é downtown mas é muito afastado do centro.

La chambre etait propre, mais le drain de la douche etait partiellement bouché: desagreable comme experience. Aucun personnel sur place. Nous avions besoin de rejoindre un employé car notre code de chambre fut desactivé avant terme: 2 numeros de telephone hors service, un employé en voiture qui ne peut nous aider mais qui nous transfert a son frere. Succes de loperation... Pas dentretien sur place. La cuisine commune peu invitante: poubelle plus que pleine pendant nos 3 nuits. Pas de fruits frais disponibles comme annoncé.

muy buena opción, muy buen servicio y atención para ayudarnos por parte del personal. estancia acogedora, limpia y cómoda. a 25 minutos de todo caminando hacia abajo. la puerta nos costo un poco abrirla algunas veces pero una vez sabes como va tienes más paciencia. alrededor no hay mucha cosa, pero te saca de un apuro.
