ポルトのメジャーな観光スポットは、ほぼ徒歩圏内です。空港のアクセスもメトロで1回乗り換え(健脚者なら0回も可能)でたどり着けます。 部屋は広くて綺麗です。シャワーも満足度、簡単な料理もできます(スーパーまで徒歩5分) 大事な話。 基本スタッフはいない様なので、トラブル発生時には電話やオープンチャット対応の為、言葉に自信の無い人は翻訳アプリ等は必ず準備してください。 私もメールで届いた部屋の鍵の暗証番号が違っていてサポートデスクを使用しました。手間はかかりましたが対応はスムーズで、トラブル発生から10分後には部屋に入る事が出来ました。

女性のフロントスタッフで、私が日本人だと分かっているので、日本語でこんにちはとかすいませんとか知っている言葉を言ってくれて緊張がほぐれました。説明もわかりやすい英語で話してくれたり、マップを提示してくれた上におすすめのご飯なども教えてくれました。またポルトに来た時は利用したいと思えるような清潔さ、サービスでした。

We liked the large, roomy suite. Made use of the kitchenette. We had the front room and on the weekend it was quite loud with young people moving around after the bars closed. We didn't get the email for entry code but got our info from the chat line posted inside and they were very helpful.

Schoon hotel, ik wist alleen niet dat er geen receptie was en dat alles online ging. Als je dit weet is het geen probleem. Wel late inchecktijd van 16.00 uur. Het ligt op loopafstand van alles. Wel even klimmen om er te komen

You get what you pay for
I had a decent one night stay. The location is very central and convenient but if you’re a lone traveller you may not feel comfortable arriving late at night in this small, dark, steep street. The 4pm check-in is very late but at least there are free lockers you can use. The room was totally fine for the price and the bed was comfortable. However there was some black mould on the wall of the shower as well as other stains. In all, I was satisfied with paying around €50 for a central location and no frills needed on my trip. Wouldn’t recommend for a romantic getaway.

Das Hotel ist top gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Check in und out verliefen ohne Probleme. Man konnte bereits online einchecken und hat dann über einen PIN Zugang zum Hotel bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig ( Bad war im Vergleich sehr klein). Parken konnte man in einem Parkhaus (ca. 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt). Durch ein Rabatt über das Hotel hat man nur 8 Euro für 24 h bezahlt.

La chambre était agréable, avec un bon éclairage. Le problème est que le compteur dans le couloir dijonctait tous les jours. Le jour de mon arrivée je suis restée 20 minutes dans le noir. Ensuite je n allumais pas la chambre et la salle de bain en même temps. Mais les voisins faisaient disjoncter et savaient comment y remédier. Je regrette de n avoir vu personne. Très anonyme. Il est situé dans une ruelle qui ne donne pas envie, pas de service de réception direct uniquement par téléphone et uniquement en anglais. Je n’ai pas eu la chambre avec les équipements demandés à ma réservation. Par contre proches de tous les commerces et du centre historique. La vue sur les habitations en réalisation de rénovation pas terrible du tout au vu du prix

BLACK MOLD!! This apartment has a lot of black mold which is extremely dangerous and when I asked to be moved to a different room they said there wasn’t another room available and they didn’t offer me any other solution so I had no choice but to stay in the room. The street in front of the apartment is incredibly steep and slick when it rains which is often and my husband fell and possibly broke his wrist. There is no one on duty at the apartment to assist with anything. Online said parking and breakfast is available which is completely false. You have to find your own parking wherever you can and zero food is available at the apartment. I would never stay here again!!

The location cannot be beat and the room was very quiet. Located right near the train station but in the good way, up the hill and in heart of the action. You'd never know it though.

Det kom dårlig frem ved booking at man måtte få dør-og romkode på forhånd. Jeg bestilte rom med balkong, men utsikten var mot en stygg bakgård. Hotellet annonserer med frokost, men jeg så hverken frokostrom eller frokost. Svært lytt mellom rommene.

Great property, clean and convenient to all we wanted to see. Parking was difficult but with the help of the remote staff was able to park in a parking garage at a reduced rate. The lack of staff on site made it a bit difficult if you have any questions or concerns..

No es un hotel como tal, es un edificio con varios cuartos. Debes hacer el check in online y te mandan las contraseñas para las entradas. Los cuartos son muy chiquitos, la terraza tenía una vista linda. No puedes acceder con coche, está difícil llegar con maletas grandes. Calle empinada y empedrada. Queda muy cerca la estación de tren Porto Batalha.

Nice stay in a happing part of Porto
This stay was exceptionally clean and in new condition and the room had option for bright daylight and an open space feel. The elevator is tiny and steps are significant if staying on an upper floor. The location was very good for convenience of walking, with restaurants, shops and tourist attractions nearby. It was also very close to a train station and a tour booking service. We were able to get overnight parking within a couple of blocks. Of note you do not want to try to drive directly to the door as it is a steep downhill that you must then back out to exit.
