The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.)

Even if it was a short stay but have to stay it was a good place ,room is clean ,the host is nice and the guest house is located in a very nice and calm area definetly i would reserve in it again

Very nice close to city center i just didn’t like how I had to go out of my room to use the bathroom and once in the room we can hear everyone outside of the room. Nice breakfast and nice staff

The staff completely makes this property. They were super friendly and gave us multiple maps of the city upon arrival, took the time to mark all the main attractions, and help us find our way back to the property. Even gave us recommendations for good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is the best I've had in any hotel/hostel of this level, with fresh good quality croissants, ham and cheese, pan au chocolate, good coffee. You can even refill your water bottles for no extra charge. Will definitely stay here again!

Convenient to the metro station. Breakfast buffet was great, except a little late in starting. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. My room was rather spartan, with a bathroom, albeit private, outside the room with a separate hall entrance. The toilet didn't work great. The room was a bit noisy.

Bem localizado perto do metrô, e da principais aéreas turísticas. Cordialidade do proprietária do estabelecimento. Quarto com uma sacada. Café da manhã bom. Há o inconveniente do banheiro ser fora do quarto, mas o mesmo é privativo, nada que atrapalhe. Voltaria novamente

Personnel peu accueillant pour les touristes alors que nous dépensons notre argent chez vous Très sale, état lamentable de la chambre et extrêmement bruyant avec l’ascenseur collé à notre chambre et une chambre qui pue le renfermé et l’humidité Les photos de la douche vous allez rire ! En France ce type d’hébergement ne ce paie pas Le petit déjeuner à partir de 08h30 jusqu’à 10 h30 est limité à maxi 10 personnes et maxi 15 minutes !!!! Avec pour couronner le tout un seul pain et un seul croissant, un seul beurre et deux parts de confiture une à la fraise une à la pêche,une brique de lait posé au comptoir et une boîte de chocolat en poudre avec l’étiquette rescotchée. Un pot de jus d’orange bas de gamme Sans parler des tranches de pain de mie ré emballé individuellement avec du film alimentaire … sincèrement moi je me pose la question de quand date ses tranches et est-ce que la personne qui a fait la maintenance avait les mains propres ?

Unterkunft Bonfim

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Sauber. Das Frügstück ist ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind Nett und zuvorkommend. Nur die Fenstern, z.B. bei mir eine Schiebetür war aus Holz das die besseren Tagen schon hinter sich hatte, blockierte.

Nahe Metro Station gelegen, das war sehr praktisch. Ansonsten würde ich die Unterkunft nicht mehr wäjlen, da sehr sehr ringhörig - enormer Strassenlärm nachts, das WC enorm eng und Spülung sehr laut, Klimagerät extrem laut, und das Lavabo war so klein- ich konnte kaum die Händewaschen.

아쉬운 내부 소음

객실외부에 화장실과 샤워실이 있는 것은 알고 갔기 때문에 충분히 인정했다. 직원분들도 최선을 다해 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 좋았다. 하지만 객실 내부에 화장실 때문인지 난방 때문지 알 수 없는 소음이 너무 크고 자주 발생한 점 때문에 감점 할 수 밖에 없다. 외부의 소음은 거의 안 들리고, 개인적으로는 야경뷰 핵심 위치와 기차역의 중간에 있다는 점도 만족스러웠다.
