ABOUT THIS LISTING:
Fully renovated house with 140m2 composed with beautiful terrace, right in the hearth of the city, in walking distance to all tourist attractions. Central, yet relaxed & quiet! Metro station at 450m.
Free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bedsheets and bath towels provided.
THE SPACE:
Spacious and bright apartment with 140m2 fully renewed this year.
The space is composed with two bedrooms (140x200m double beds) one toilet, kitchen, living room and spacious terrace on the back of the house.
On the back of the house you will find a private terrace, composed by one table with four cozy chairs.
Living room is equipped with comfortable couch, cable tv with 125 tv channels, books and games.
Located on a quite and silent street on the ground floor (no need to climb stairs).
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have at their disposal linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, wifi throughout the apartment and a equipped kitchen.
It also has a washing machine, hair drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron available to guests, as well as all necessary amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay, including board and card games and books Winter days, so you can relax after a day exploring Porto), electric adapter, an express machine, coffee, tea, spices.
On the back of the house you will find a silent private terrace, composed by one table with four chairs.
The house has heating system installed and wi-fi covering the whole house.
You will find a guide with emergency and useful phone numbers, tips for restaurants, bars, maps, tourist brochures and other information which will help you to enjoy your days in this beautiful city!
There's free public parking place right in front of the house.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is located in the largest district of Porto, that is the Cedofeita district. You can go by walk to the top tourist attractions of the city. It is less than 1 km from the "Paris Galleries" a reference place in Porto, which harbors the best restaurants and bars in the city. Besides, it locates about 600 meters from the touristic spot "House of Music" and the gourmet market "good success Market", a market that reopened in 2013 and has become a gastronomic reference of the city.
Great to take public transportations. The apartment is 5 minutes by walking to the metro station "Carolina Michaelis", and about 20 minutes to the airport by metro. In the neighborhood you can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
GETTING AROUND:
The apartment has good access to public transport. It is located only 5 minutes from Carolina Michaellis Metro Station (with connection to airport).
From the airport:
Metro - Line E, station "Carolina Micahellis".
Taxi - ask to be taken to Rua 9 Julho (Which is near Carolina Michaellis. Note there is another street with the same name on the other side of the city).
From Campanhã train station:
Taxi - ask to be taken to Rua 9 Julho (Which is near Carolina Michaellis. Note there is another street with the same name on the other side of the city).
From Carolina Micaellis Metro station:
By foot - Get out the station by the back of the station. When you outside you have Carolina Micaellis school in front of you. Walk to your left hand side direction and at the end of the street turn right and walk the street Rua Paula Vicente. At the street across the street and 9th Street will be in front of you.
From anywhere in town:
Metro - Lines A, B, C, E or F, station "Carolina Michaellis".
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The street where the house is located is free street parking where you will find 24h free parking. There is also private parking very close to the house, where you park your car the whole day for around 10 to 15 euros per day.
