The Space:

Enjoy a cosy studio with a private balcony offering stunning views over the vibrant Baixa of Porto. The space includes:

* A relaxing living area with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi access.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of Porto! Our apartment on Rua de Sá da Bandeira offers an unbeatable location to explore the city on foot. Enjoy being close to Teatro Sá da Bandeira and Avenida dos Aliados, just minutes away. Rua de Santa Catarina, with its shops and restaurants, is right around the corner. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Ribeira, where you can take a boat tour on the Douro River or simply enjoy the view. For a day at the beach, Foz do Douro is a short 15-minute drive away. Discover the charm of Porto, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with the bus and metro stations just 500 metres from the apartment. Explore the city effortlessly using public transport. For those who prefer to drive, paid parking options are available nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is a short distance away, approximately 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport, making your travel even more convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection takes place at our Welcome Center at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto, where you can meet our staff. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of rule violations such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts, a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.



Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



Losing the key will result in a charge to be determined. If keys are left inside the apartment and our team needs to unlock the door, a fee of 40 euros will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock, requiring technical intervention, the cost will be provided upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utility cost limit of 150 euros covering water, electricity, internet, and TV services. Any amount exceeding this limit must be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service to take you directly to the apartment, available upon request with a cost to be confirmed. A breakfast service is also available and can be delivered to the apartment each morning upon request, with pricing available upon consultation.
